Flight MH 370

The next few posts will have an international focus. I'm following the suggestion of Ken Skinner in Toronto, who noted that BWI goes out to about twenty countries. Well, how about Malaysia?

As if on cue, a wide-bodied jet vanished without a trace en-route from Kuala Lumpur to China. After four days of searching the mystery deepens; no debris has been found, no 'pings' from the flight recorder have been heard, no 'May-Day' signals. Nothing.
Has there been a hi-jacking? Has a bomb gone off? Did a pilot willfully take charge of the aircraft and put it into a death spiral?
Who knows.
As of today there has been no trace of the plane or its 239 passengers.
While anguished relatives await news in Beijing, two men from Arizona have special cause to be thankful. They arrived late at the airport and missed the doomed flight.
Listen to a transcript to one of their wives.

" Yes, darling, I was very angry at first, but by the grace of God we missed the flight"

Next: " I am NOT on the flight. Rory and I are O.K.. We are coming home ASAP. I love you"

'Thank GOD. Help me to live by the lessons You have taught me today."

A ray of hope in a dark night. But isn't that what salvation is all about?

Jubilate.
