The Grand Old Lady of Tennis.

It might surprise you to know that the all time winner of women's Grand Slam tennis events is not Serena Williams, Martina Navatrilova or Steffi Graff. No, the athlete who holds the highest honour of Grand Slam events is none other than Margaret Court from Australia.
Now why should I be providing you with this factoid nine months before the next Australian Open? Well this week a campaign was launched to change the name of the centre court arena in Melbourne  to something else. It does not matter what the new name will be but it better not be someone who is in any way critical of homosexuals.
Margaret Court, you see, as well as been a famous tennis player is also a PASTOR of a Christian church in West Australia and has stated publicly her opposition to LGBT's and their alphabetical ilk.
In fact recently she announced that she would no longer fly on Quantas Air because of their support of Homosexual marriage.
Today she added more fuel to the uproar by saying that top lesbian tennis players have actively set out to recruit younger players to their errant life style with invitations to parties and private events while on tour. Now, she goes on to add, the whole tennis scene has become flooded with bi-sexuals and others on the strange sexual spectrum to the detriment of the sport.
"Good on yer Maggie!" The national tennis federation is holding their ground and the name of the arena will remain unchanged.
They are wise to do so, because by far the majority of Australians agree with Pastor Court.
"LEAVE 'ER ALONE."

Jubilate.
Ian
