This week : staying healthy







My friend Bob Deakin has hooked me up with the ' On-line doctor'.

I went to the link and scared the wits out of myself.

I didn't know that there were that many ailments in the medical journal.

On closer analysis I saw that most of these afflictions were preventable. Many were the result of nothing more than wrong life-style and unhealthy habits.

An old English physician said "Robust health comes down to three simple things: good diet, regular drainage and exercise"

Ponder these three points.

If you apply them you may be able to throw away your pill bottle.
