Cold Case Christianity.Hallucination or Revelation.

The kindest of the skeptics who challenge the accounts of the resurrection do not attribute criminal motives to the disciples.
They simply say that the eyewitnesses who saw Christ after rising from the dead only THOUGHT they saw Him.
In other words they were all under mass delusion. They wanted to believe that Christ was alive SO BADLY  that they MADE IT HAPPEN in their own minds.

Warner Wallace(Cold Case Christianity) agrees with the fact that some people do fool themselves but it is NEVER EVERYBODY who is fooled.

In the mass suicide of the Heaven's Gate cult in San Diego thirty nine people took the poison pill but one scrambled out of the back window and raised the alarm.

At Jones Town in Guyana the vast majority drank the Kool Aid and died with Jim Jones, but a few dozen headed for the jungle and fled for their lives.

In the Book of Acts there were 120 people gathered who had ALL personally met the Risen Lord. Their COMMON testimony was to be followed by the COMMON experience of being filled with the Holy Spirit. In His Power they set their world ablaze and the fire still burns today!

Hallelujah.
