Steve Jobs: an unfortunate legacy

Today's post is sent from my friend Sean Elliot who lives close by me in Barrie.

In the aftermath of Steve Jobs death there is an unusual footnote.

Ron Wayne was the co-founder of the Apple company.

He it was who came up with the ubiquitous "Apple Logo" as seen above.

Another less known fact was that Ron got into some financial difficulties, sold out his 10% share in company for $800:00 and left Jobs and Wozniak to get on with business.

If he had hung in, his 10% share of Apple would have been worth a cool $32 billion today!

Wayne went on to potter in  graphic design and wander down a few dead-ends before finishing in Nevada where he lives as a 76 year old senior. No doubt, from time time, the thought crosses his mind 'If only....'

Think about it.
Hebrews 19:35 says:

" Cast not away your confidence (in Christ) which has a great recompense and reward."

In today's parlance:
' If you are having trouble with your faith NEVER think of abandoning Christ! You will finish in a dead end when you could be enjoying an immeasurable eternal reward in heaven.'

Blessings my friends.

Sean Elliot
