Harold Camping is at it again. The doomsday preacher has revised the day of Judgment to October 21st 2011.
Believe me, between now and then there will be an apocalypse of a different kind.
In 48 hours time the United States Congress will vote on raising the National Debt ceiling by a further two trillion dollars, from 15 to 17 trillion. An unimaginable amount of money.
The Republican right has already signaled that this hike will never take place; the Democratic left has said that it MUST or else the nation will go into default.
One way or another every person on earth will be affected by their decision. A perfect storm is gathering.
Harold Camping is saying "Get into a bomb shelter."
It might be more prudent if we all got out of debt or buy Chinese Yuan. By the end of the year it will probably be the world's trading currency.
Just a thought.
