Who wants to be sick?

Who wants to be sick? That's a good question. Surely, given the choice, everyone would opt for a healthy, pain-free, robust life rather than suffering from chronic sickness.
Then it behooves each one of us to give some SERIOUS thought as to what make up the components of vigorous health and to the things that would undermine it.
We have been speaking of the sugar-laden  diet of the Western World (the principal cause of obesity and other degenerative diseases) but, from my own experience and understanding, sugar- rich blood is responsible for a whole host of other serious ailments.
In time gone by the physicians would take a sample of the patient's urine. They wanted to test three things: the colour, the aroma and the taste.
Sounds gross? Believe me what they could detect from deeply-coloured, highly odored and over-sweet urine was far more gross!
Such effluent was the immediate indicator of trouble with the kidney and other organs. It is now understood that cancer cells swim and multiply happily in sugar-rich blood, which in turn produces an acidic P.H. in the human body.
In our pill-happy world nobody wants to talk about nutritional solutions, only easy-fix anti-biotics and the like.
In my next post we will be looking at secrets to sound health through life-style changes: changes that will ensure not simply length of years, but QUALITY to go with them.

Yours for a healthy future.
